About the Vendor

Alpha Global IT and its parent company Alpha Healthcare are dedicated to continuously improve healthcare by finding ever better ways to serve those who provide it. Advanced training include data mining, template customization, favourite lists etc. Customised and enhanced training options are available as professional services. Standard Professional Service - $125 per hour

Physician Training Session 1(3 hours) – Scheduler, EMR Session 2 (3 hours) – Billing, Laboratory results Session 3 (3 hours) – Document and task management, Patient management.

Logging Incidents: All communications related to incidents experienced by users are logged in Microsoft CRM and a ticket number is provided to the user for follow up. Categorizing and prioritizing the incidents: All reported calls/incidents undergo a triaging process and prioritized according to severity. Incident Investigation and Escalation: All issues are investigated and resolved. If needed, the issues are escalated to Tier 2 and Tier 3 for in-depth analysis and resolution.

How often do you make a major software upgrade to your product?

Alpha's professional services is available to assist clinics developing disaster recovery plan specific to the clinic/organization. The rate for this service is $125/hr

Alpha's professional services is available to assist clinics developing business continuity plan specific to the clinic/organization. The rate for this service is $125/hr

Alpha, as a healthcare organization, understands the need to access healthcare data to provide patient care. Alpha will make every effort to provide continuity of service in the event of disruption. Alpha's professional services is available to work with clinics to develop best options for business continuity specific to the clinic/organization.

Will you offer data conversion services to customers who already have patient demographic data stored electronically? Please describe any associated costs.

A. Data migration (data extract, data conversion, data import) services provided to clients moving to GlobeMed ASP GlobeMed provides User Interface for migrating patient data from OntarioMD certified EMR products. Custom migration service is available for non-compliant products. Billing data is not generally migrated as most outstanding rejections can be resolved within 1-2 months of billing cycles. GlobeMed Local to ASP migration is provided free of charge. For databases that are outside the scope of OntarioMD EMR data portability standards the pricing is $125/hr for custom migration.

B. Data extract services provided to clients moving from GlobeMed-ASP to another EMR Offering: Primary method of data extraction from GlobeMed is to use data portability feature based on OntarioMD's EMR 4.2 data portability standards. The data portability feature is integrated with GlobeMed. Furthermore, Microsoft SQL can also be used to extract data from GlobeMed. Standard pricing for custom extraction - $125/hr
