HRM Improvement Recommendations Advisory Committee

What is HI-RAC? 

The HRM Improvement Recommendations Advisory Committee (HI-RAC) provides thought leadership pertaining to the adoption and execution of the HRM Task Force recommendations. Co-chaired by OMD and Ontario Health, it includes members from key associations and organizations to drive crucial HRM improvements and changes for Ontario clinicians forward. 

What is its mandate?

HI-RAC reviews the recommendations to assess the issues, identify gaps or modifications and monitor progress. It is exploring strategies for quicker implementation of the recommendations, seeking leadership and accountability for the tasks related to each recommendation to appropriate stakeholders.
